Our Specialty Crops track gives you 11+ hours of programming so that you will come away with the knowledge and confidence needed to work effectively in the specialty crops industry. You’ll begin with the Ag 101, Sustainability, and Focus on Crops courses so that you have a solid foundation. In the Specialty course, you’ll go deep into the complex and diverse world of specialty crops. From walnuts to peppers to alfalfa to sugar beets, specialty crop production is highly specialized and often has unique factors farmers must take into account.
